LCH.Clearnet has decided to go beyond the initial scope of the EU Code of Conduct and to extend the transparency commitment beyond cash equities to encompass fees for other services.
The LCH.Clearnet Group (the "Group") does not operate an ex-ante rebate scheme. It is however the Company's intention to provide rebates on an annual basis taking into account the interest of its users and shareholders. Such rebates will be allocated to users in a manner determined annually by the Group Board. The method of calculation of any such rebates will be published after the relevant Board decision
