Introduction
Where any changes are made to the rulebook, the changes will be posted to this part of the website and then incorporated into the main text of the rulebook at the next scheduled update. This part of the website also contains details of changes notified in advance. The changes take effect and are legally binding as from the date specified in the relevant linked document.
