Margin Rate Changes for EnClear Contracts
LCH.Clearnet Ltd has revised the London SPAN parameters as marked in bold and italic on the attached document. This circular supersedes circular LCH.Clearnet/ 2103; LCH EnClear / 157 dated 14 December 2006.
Additional Freight contracts have been added Dry Voyage Route C4E and Dry Voyage Route C7E. Changes will take place with effect from close of business Friday 12 January 2007 and will be reflected in margin calls made on Monday 15 January 2007.
