Go live date for the new public files
LCH.Clearnet is pleased to inform members that the new public files will be operational on Monday 13 November, 2006, on the Production Environment.
Description of the switch over process on the go live week-end
On Friday 10 November evening
You will receive, as currently, the Cash public messages (November 13th market date messages) and Derivatives public messages (November 10th market date messages).
On Saturday 11 November 2006
Around noon, after checking the whole switch over process, LCH.Clearnet will send the new public files on the Production CAP/MAP and CCW (Cash public files: November 13th market date files or Business day: 317; Derivatives public files: November 10th market date files or Business day: 314). Members are not required to be on site on Saturday.

At today’s usual times:
All new public files will be available on CCW (production environment)
All new public files will also be available on LCH.Clearnet’s web site on the following link: http://www.lchclearnet.com/data_downloads/sa/public_files.asp
Public files previously requested by FTR will be available on Production CAP or MAP (refer to FTR paragraph below).
To ease member adaptation, LCH.Clearnet will continue to publish all public messages in parallel by satellite on the production environment until the Satellite decommissioning.
Satellite decommissioning
As from Monday 23 October 2006
Public messages will no longer be available on the EUA platform.
Monday 15 January 2007
Public messages will no longer be available on the Production Environment.
File Transfer Request
LCH.Clearnet SA reminds members that have not already done so, to return the File transfer Request Form as soon as possible, in order to receive the new files which replace the current satellite messages on the production environment.
LCH.Clearnet cannot ensure that operations go smoothly if documents are not returned by Friday 27 October.
