Derivative Fees Invoicing Changes : Member testing

Confirmation of the Testing Timetable for the EUA platform

With reference to the Info Flash circulated on the 20th November 2006, LCH.Clearnet SA confirms that the members willing to test the forthcoming Derivative Fees changes scheduled to go live on the 2nd of January 2007 (i.e. Amsterdam fee-split changes and Treasury reports), can access the External User Acceptance (EUA) platform from 12 December 2006.

For your information, please note that the testing timetable is as follows:

From 12 December 2006 until 20 December inc.

• Members will  be  given  the  opportunity  to  test  the  split of clearing and trading fees  for  Amsterdam segment on an optional testing basis.

• The External User Acceptance platform (EUA) will be populated from the morning 12th December with OPEJ3  production flows in order to allow members to test the  proper file integration.

On the 14th and 15th of December 2006

• Members will be given the opportunity to test the split of clearing and trading fees along  with the cash calls for all derivatives segments for non-regression purposes. 

• The  External  User  Acceptance  platform  (EUA)  will  be  populated  on  the  14th  December morning  with  production  flows  dated  of  the  close  of  business  day  of  the  13th  December. OPEJ3 and daily cash calls will be provided in order to allow members to reconcile flows together and check them against production data.

• On  the  15th  of December 2006, OPEJ3  and daily  cash  calls will  be  provided  in  order  to allow members to reconcile flows based on EUA data flows.

On the 19th and 20th of December 2006

• The External User Acceptance platform (EUA) will be populated on the 19th December and 20th December 2006 with EUA flows. OPEJ3 and daily cash calls will be provided in order to allow members to reconcile flows together.
