Customer Technical Support (CTS): change of opening hours
LCH.Clearnet SA reminds members that its Customer Technical Support is delegated to Euronext services.
LCH.Clearnet SA would like to inform customers that CTS opening hours are scheduled to change, as detailed below.
From Monday 22 January 2007, CTS will be available from Monday to Friday between 07:00 (AM) and 08:00 (PM) CET except on derivatives quarterly maturity dates when the service will be extended until 09:00 PM CET; the same principle will apply in case of major technical incident.
We have also noticed that most of members have automated their processing and have implemented their own backup facilities. Therefore we will not provide back-up CCWs anymore in Paris as this access solution does not fulfil members’ requirements with regard to backup access means (links with in-house software) and has not been used in the last two years.
However, should you encounter any major incident preventing you to meet your clearing obligations, we advise you to immediately call our Operations department in order to assess the impacts and define with us the best way to mitigate them.
