Launch Communication
Milestones
LCH.Clearnet would like to provide members with the timetable and points of contact for the launch of the Clearing of Luxemburg Stock Exchange Project expected 14 March 2008. Go-live confirmation to be sent in coming days.
Members are kindly requested to return their contact details in order to be easily reached Friday (night included) and Monday mainly.
If you wish to receive SMS messages, please send us your mobile phone number. An SMS test sending will be performed on Wednesday 12 March 2008.
Detailed timetable for the launch period: 14 to 20 March 2008:
Friday 14 March:
Around 09:00am CET: An Info Flash will confirm the Luxemburg segment market opening.
Around 09:00pm CET: An Info Flash + SMS will confirm the sending of the SIF and BIF files on the Luxemburg clearing segment.
Around 11:00pm for all clearing segments: the PR3 file will be sent to Members, an Info Flash + SMS will confirm the sending.
Monday 17 March:
As requested no checks will be awaited from members on Saturday 15 march 2008 as of LCH.Clearnet SA will not provide any support on Saturday.
07:30am to 09:00pm CET: LCH.Clearnet SA will provide technical and functional support to members.
LCH.Clearnet requests that all members send their statuses as soon as possible and before 10:00pm CET by e-mail to the following address: lchclearnet_info@lchclearnet.com.
Monday morning: The Product implementation team will be reachable for members to give a feedback on their status.
Tuesday 18 March through Wednesday 19 :
First settlement of guaranteed trades issued Friday 14 March.
Thursday 20 March:
In the afternoon, after the first complete accounting processing of guaranteed trades: an Info Flash + SMS will confirm the end of the launch of the Luxemburg Stock Exchange Clearing Project.
