ESES and LCH.Clearnet Flux Bourse
Launch Scenario
LCH.Clearnet is pleased to provide members with the related details on the timetable and points of contact for the launch of the ESES project phase 1.
Members are kindly requested to return their contact details in order to be easily reached from Friday (night included) to Saturday mainly.
If you wish to receive SMS messages, please send us your mobile phone number. An SMS test sending will be performed on Wednesday 21 November.
Detailed timetable for the launch period: 23 to 27 November 2007:
Friday 23 November*:
- Around 04:45pm CET: An Info Flash + SMS will confirm the sending of the New CE public file on the Portuguese and Belgian clearing segments.
- Around 06:35pm CET: An Info Flash + SMS will confirm the sending of the New CE public file on the French and Dutch clearing segments.
- Around 08:00pm CET: An Info Flash + SMS will confirm the sending of the New SIF file on the Portuguese clearing segment.
- Around 09:30pm CET: An Info Flash + SMS will confirm the sending of the New SIF file on the Belgian and Dutch clearing segments.
- Around 11:00pm for all clearing segments: the new PR3 file will be sent to Members, an Info Flash + SMS will confirm the sending.
Saturday 24 November:
- After Euroclear’s green light (expected around 1:00am) and an internal check from LCH.Clearnet, the new SIF file on the French segment will be sent to members and a confirmation of the dissemination will also be issued by Info flash + SMS at approximately 1:15am CET.
- From Friday afternoon until Saturday 2:00pm CET: Members are required to check the files made available on their access means (CAP, MAP and CCW) and to integrate them in their internal applications. LCH.Clearnet CTH will provide technical support to members on Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm CET.
- 10:00am to 05:00pm CET: LCH.Clearnet will provide functional support to members.
LCH.Clearnet requests that all members send their statuses as soon as possible and before 4:00pm CET by e-mail to the following address: lchclearnet_info@lchclearnet.com.
Around 5:00pm CET and after checking with members, LCH.Clearnet will send an Info Flash + SMS to inform members of the end of the Saturday process at the clearing level.
Monday 26 November*: first day with ESES configuration:
- Around 6:35 pm CET: an Info Flash + SMS will confirm the start of the batch session for the French clearing segment.
- Around 10:00 pm CET: New SIF files will be sent to Members on the French clearing segment. An Info Flash will confirm the sending.
- Other files (Public CE, PR3, BIF and SIF for Dutch, Belgian and Portuguese segments) will be sent at the usual business time.
Tuesday 27 November*:
- In the morning: The Product implementation team will contact Members to check their internal processes validation.
- In the afternoon: an Info Flash + SMS will confirm the end of the launch period for ESES Phase 1.
* Suspension of the buy-in procedure for settling net fails on transactions executed on Euronext Paris between 22 and 27 November inclusive. May you need any further details please refer to the legal notice to be issued shortly.
