LCH.Clearnet is pleased to remind members that the second ESES launch rehearsal will take place this weekend.  

Detailed timetable for the weekend - 24 & 25 August 2007:  

Friday 24 August:  

• Portuguese clearing segment: 

o  Around 4:00pm CET: New CE public file will be sent to Members

o  Around 7:00pm CET: New SIF file will be sent to Members 

• Belgian clearing segment: 

o  Around 4:00pm CET: New CE public file will be sent to Members

o  Around 9:00pm CET: New SIF file will be sent to Members

• Dutch clearing segment: 

o  Around 6:30pm CET: New CE public file will be sent to Members

o  Around 9:00pm CET: New SIF file will be sent to Members 

• French clearing segment: 

o  Around 6:30pm CET: An Info Flash will confirm the start of the batch session and the sending of the New CE public file. 

o  After Euroclear’s green light (expected Saturday around 1:00am) and an internal check from LCH.Clearnet, the new SIF file will be sent to members and a confirmation of the dissemination will also be issued by Info flash at approximately 1:15am CET. 

• Around 11:00pm for all clearing segments: the new PR3 file will be sent to Members, an Info Flash will confirm the sending.  

Saturday 25 August: 

• From Friday afternoon until Saturday 12:00pm CET: Members are required to check the files made available on their access means (CAP, MAP and CCW) and to integrate them in their internal applications. 

• 10:00am to 03:00pm CET: LCH.Clearnet will provide functional support to members.  

LCH.Clearnet strongly recommends that members participate and send their statuses as soon as possible and before 2:30pm CET by e-mail to the following address: Joelle.devars@lchclearnet.com and Catherine.mollard@lchclearnet.com .  

• Around 3:00pm CET and after checking with members, LCH.Clearnet will send an Info Flash to inform members of the end of the Saturday process at the clearing level.   Monday 27 August: first day with ESES configuration on the test platform:

• Around 9:00 am CET: an Info Flash will confirm the opening of the real time session. 

• Around 5:00 pm CET: an Info Flash will confirm the start of the batch session for the French clearing segment. 

• Around 9:00 pm CET: New SIF files will be sent to Members on the French clearing segment. An Info Flash will confirm the sending. 

• Other files (Public CE, PR3, BIF and SIF for Dutch, Belgium and Portuguese segments) will be sent at usual business time.

Passive testing: COE details update 

LCH.Clearnet informs Members that some adjustments on the COE details had to be performed. As a consequence, please find attached an updated version of the appendix 6.2. PASSIVE TESTING SCHEDULE of the detailed testing guide attached.  The modifications are in red.
