Pilot Members’ testing period

LCH.Clearnet SA is pleased to relay the attached Euroclear France “Avis” to Clearing Members regarding the pilot members testing period starting on 10 April until 12 May 2006.

The purpose of this testing period is to check the non-regression of settlement operations on Euroclear France’s new Single Settlement Engine (SSE) by practising end-to-end tests from trading to settlement via the CLEARING 21® cash testing platform on the Paris clearing segment.

Euroclear France and LCH.Clearnet SA recommend that members refrain from making any operations on the indicated instruments listed in the attached “Avis”.

The CLEARING 21® cash testing platform and the SSE test platform remain open for free and nonmandatory testing on the other instruments.
