Reduction to LCH.Clearnet Registration Fee on The London Metal Exchange (LME)
Following the LCH.Clearnet Limited announcement on 24 September 2007 about the reduction to clearing fees, we are pleased to advise you that the Registration fee charged for normal trades on all contracts on the LME will be reduced by 1 penny per lot per side to 5 pence per lot per side with effect from 1 January 2008.
The current fee holiday on LMEX and LMEmini contracts will cease at the end of 2007. The fees for all classes charged on these two contracts will be the same as all other contracts on the LME. The Cash Settlement fee for these contracts will be the same as the Registration fee.
All other fee classes will remain unchanged.
Yours sincerely,
