LCH.Clearnet Ltd Collateral Management

LCH.Clearnet Ltd would like to invite members to a presentation on the subject of Collateral Management.

LCH.Clearnet continue to review and improve both the range of collateral accepted for margin and the processes involved. We would now like to consult with members on this subject, seeking to further understand member demand and our present plans for development.

We are planning a series of member meetings over the coming weeks, on the dates below, at which we will present the latest work undertaken and solicit member feedback. The meetings will take the form of a short presentation by our Treasury Management team, followed by open discussion.

Sessions will be held at LCH.Clearnet Limited, Aldgate House, 33 Aldgate High Street, London EC3N 1EA on the following dates :

• 10.00 am Monday 26th March 2007
• 11.30 am Monday 26th March 2007
• 10.00 am Tuesday 27th March 2007
• 11.30 am Tuesday 27th March 2007

In order to facilitate an active discussion, attendance is limited to two participants from each Member firm, and a maximum of 16 attendees at any one session.
