Sterling GC Member Test Pack – Part 1 Static Data requirements
Dear RepoClear Participant
LCH.Clearnet is now beginning the process of organising the implementation and testing framework for the launch of the Sterling GC service. The target live date for the service launch is currently planned for the 23rd October 2006 following a mandatory member test programme commencing on 2nd October 2006.
Please find attached to this communication, a Static Data questionnaire in tandem with a CrestCo Static Data form - Sterling GC/DBV Service for completion.
The Static Data questionnaire covers Sterling GC Live and Member Test requirements including Dealing, Clearing and Settlement information.
The CRESTCo Static Data form - Sterling GC/DBV Service document (i.e Direct Input Form) is required for enabling CRESTCo to create, upon the receipt of an MT 518 from LCH.Clearnet, a matched or cash-only DEL, based on the direct input options set up by each participant involved in the trade. Please refer to CRESTCo white book for further information.
The CRESTCo Static Data form - Sterling GC/DBV needs to be signed by both the Crest participant and its settlement agent (where applicable) and then should be returned to LCH.Clearnet Fixed Income implementation manager via mail only to the address below:

Member test roadmap
In order to ease the participant assessment of the test effort required in September/October, please find hereafter an overview of the roadmap relating to the scripted Member Test that will commence on the 2nd of October. In terms of volume, no more than 6 trades a day will be required per trade source (i.e. maximum of 18 trades a day for members intending to test the 3 trades sources)
