Euroclear UK & Ireland CCP settlement fees

LCH.Clearnet Ltd would like to advise its members that Euroclear UK & Ireland has now implemented its change in the way it levies its fees on LCH.Clearnet Ltd.

As described in LCH.Clearnet Ltd Circular No 2300, issued on 8th May 2008, please find attached the invoice relating to CCP settlement fees for April. Please note that Euroclear UK & Ireland have waived the CCP settlement fees for the first three days of April.

Euroclear UK & Ireland will invoice LCH.Clearnet Ltd for May & June shortly.
