So we provide training to introduce new and current employees to the spectrum of financial services and instruments available in the markets.
Our full suite of training offerings also includes leadership and development programmes – delivered in conjunction with Henley Business School – a management skills programme endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management, a broad range of personal development courses, plus lunchtime learning sessions to share knowledge across the Company.
We also offer an educational assistance programme for staff wishing to gain job-related qualifications.
